One Fall Too Many

The coward fell silent as Ice Queen's eyes opened everyone was staring at her she quickly realized she had screwed up the jump and was know on her but on the cold icey rink. There was no time left for her to makeup for her mistake and the judges had called the time was up. She got up and dusted herself off something wasnt right as a painful pain ran up her body she cringed and bared it so no one would see she was hurting. Slowly she skated to the gate of the rink as she hard chuckles from the other figure skaters saying "Serves you right " they said together as she shoot them a ice glare as they nearly ran away from her. Slowly she made her way to the changing room she was the only one there and she nearly fell to her knees at the door. Suddenly she felt herself being helped up from the ground as she nearly fell back down if it wasnt for being caught just in time "oww..." she grumbled quietly. The pain was more then she let everyone believe was a normal thing for her to hide her emotions to everyone around. She noticed his clothes was a uniform for the male students at the school she went too. Her eyes slowly made their way up to the males face "Oh its you..." she said remembering the male from school. His name was Glacier Frost they had been neighbors for as long as she could remember and in school she made his life not so pleasant with accidentally misplacing his scarf.  You could say she lived up to her name ,however when others tried to mess with Glacier she wouldnt allow it to happen he was her nerd and no one will mess with him well other then herself. The acts of protector she only did from the shadows giving the people a firm talking to in the comfort of the dark.  Glacier spoke up "Seems your ankle is sprained" he said helping her to the bench in the locker room. Queen just scoffed "Really? You must be some smart cookie to figure that out" she said sarcastically as she looked to see her locker open "Crap.. not again" She said looking over to the locker . She then pushed glacier a little towards her locker "Go see if its empty " she commanded him to do and he walked over to it "Yep looks like it was cleaned out. Dont tell me this is yours?" he asked her rubbing his temples. A nod came from the females head "Theres no doubt those girls throw them some where i cant find them again... Looks like ill just have to walk home in my figure skating outfit..." she said trying to stand up but quickly fell back as Glacier caught her once again . Sighing to himself "Ill carry you and dont need any of your attitude either and dont tell me what to do you are in no position to talk like your a queen or something or i might just drop you" he said with a smirk as he picked her up bridal style and started carrying her home. Something warmed filled Ice Queen as she rested her head on his chest and she felt herself drifting off to sleep.
